Bowling is our most popular sport in Loudoun. Come spend your Sunday afternoon with other athletes practicing your bowling skills. Learn the basics of the game while getting in physical exercise. Practices will be held on Sunday's starting September 7th- October 26th at the Branch Bowling Alley in Leesburg from 10am-1pm.
Athletes must be able to independently swim across the pool in deep water without assistance. Ideal for athletes who have already mastered the art of swimming and want to move into a more competitive environment. Practices will be held on Sundays starting September 7th-October 26th at Dulles South Rec Center from 2-3pm.
For ages 11 and up. Athletes will learn and practice catching, throwing, batting, and running. Plus, they will learn how to play the ten different positions in the field. .
