SOVAL 3rd Annual Indoor Triathalon

Special Olympics Virginia – Loudoun County has partnered with the Ashburn Village Sports Pavillion to host a Special Olympics Indoor Triathalon for the 3rd year in a row. Special Olympics Atheletes will be required to be able to swim and have some endurance abilities. If you have any questions about the requirements, contact Amy Levinrad at volunteers@sovaloudoun.org.
The event includes: 5 min swim, 15 min spin bike, 10 min run
