Special Olympics Loudoun County has a dedicated group of parents and coaches that are reaching out into the community to build more Special Olympic programs in the West. Charles Vines is our longest serving coach (20+ years). He is exceptionally dedicated, has a wealth of knowledge and helps anyone who needs it. Thank you Charlie.
