Special Olympics Loudoun County has a dedicated group of parents and coaches that are reaching out into the community to build more Special Olympic programs in the West. IMPACT AWARD WINNERS – VOLUNTEERS: Thomas Basore is an amazing assistant volleyball coach and assistant softball coach. He is always so supportive of the athletes. Thank you Thomas. Charles Vines is our longest serving coach (20+ years). He is exceptionally dedicated, has a wealth of knowledge and helps anyone who needs it. Thank you Charlie.
