Special Olympics athletes, join us for the first S

Special Olympics athletes, join us for the first Special Olympics Indoor Triathlon, November 16 at 1:00 at the Ashburn Sports Pavilion!

You will be treated to a:

🏊5 minute swim
🚴15 minutes on a spin bike
🏃10 minute walk/run on the treadmill

🏅You will receive a t shirt and medal for participation.

Athletes should be able to swim and have some endurance abilities, it doesn’t have to be biking, running and swimming. It can also be participation in other movement sports.
