Congratulations to our latest Impact Award winners. Tim Foster, our athlete winner, has been a dedicated member of the soccer team as well as a mentor to other athletes. Dr Joy Cavagnaro, our volunteer winner, wears many hats for SOVA, but most recently she began a swimming program and soccer program in Western Loudoun. Hats off to you both!
