Athletes will download the NEW SO Fitness app (available after October 8) to track progress\, stay motivated and celebrate wins.  Registration for The SONA Move Challenge opens September 8\, so mark your calendar and get your athletes ready to move! \nThis 8-week challenge follows the Fit 5 + Healthy Minds goals: \n💠Exercise 5 days a week \n💠Eat 5 servings of fruits & vegetables daily \n💠Drink 5 bottles of water every day \n💠Practice strong mind exercises 5 days a week \nTo join the webinar click HERE! \nSONA Move is open to all athletes\, but for USA Games athletes\, it will also serve as part of the USA Games Athlete Fitness Training Program. This will help athletes prepare\, stay motivated and perform their best in Minneapolis. After the app has launched and more details have been shared\, we will send next steps on how to join the USA Games Team VA group so we can track our progress as a team!
