DESCRIPTION:Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion asked to have us back and we are doing it again this year!   \nWe will be doing this on Saturday\, November 22 starting at 2!   \nThere is room for a few more athletes.  Please let me know if your athlete is interested in this or forward to anyone who may be interested! \nAthletes do not need a high level skills in these areas.  For swimming\, athletes can water walk of perform activities outside of the pool instead of swimming: \n5 minute swim in the pool\n15 minute indoor bike in the cycle room\n10 minute run on the treadmill \nSnacks and awards afterwards!  I look forward to seeing you there and look forward to another awesome event!
